The hotel's family-friendly amenities catered to our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and children's pool, where the kids splashed around, allowing us a peaceful moment to sunbathe nearby. Each morning, we indulged in a delightful breakfast featuring traditional Greek pastries, a lovely start to our days. The convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby picturesque fishing port, dotted with charming taverns. We even took advantage of the organized excursions, fitting in both relaxation and adventure. While our room was adequately clean and provided a good night's rest, the bathroom had some functional issues. That said, the attentive staff, particularly at reception, made us feel welcomed and ensured we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Hermes provided an inclusive atmosphere for families, making it a suitable base for exploring Crete. We would happily recommend it to fellow travelers seeking convenience and a touch of local culture.
